Delete my Dropit account

From the app (fastest)

Open Dropit and sign in.
Tap the round badge with your initial, top right of the home screen.
Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It can't be undone.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in account (email address, password or Google/Apple ID)
All your projects, categories, tasks and notes
Your Drop Zone items
Your personalization profile

No automatic database backups are kept at this time: once deleted, your account no longer exists at Supabase. Anthropic (text sent to the AI) and Cloudflare (technical logs) may keep some data for the period set by their own terms.

Can't access the app anymore?

Email us from your account's email address at [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion.” We'll delete the account and confirm by email within one month at most.
